Appointments & Arrivals
Booking: We recommend booking in advance to reserve your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins are welcome when available.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and unwind before your service.
Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after this may result in shortened service or cancellation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
24-Hour Courtesy Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling.
No-Shows: While there is no fee for missed appointments, frequent no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
We deeply appreciate your communication so we can better accommodate all guests.
New Hygiene & Comfort Enhancements
Single-Use, Disposable Tools: For your safety and comfort, we now use disposable files, buffers, and other tools for all services. This reflects our ongoing commitment to hygiene and care.
Hand Washing Policy: All guests are kindly asked to wash their hands before receiving services to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Complimentary Beverage: We offer one complimentary drink per visit. If we happen to miss it, please ask your technician—we’re happy to serve you.

Service Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your nails, please let us know within 3 days so we can offer a complimentary fix.
Please note:
Our guarantee does not cover regular polish, breakage from accidental trauma, or self-inflicted damage (such as biting or filing).
If you’d like to change your color or design during a fix, an additional charge will apply.
If you cannot come in within 3 days, please contact us right away so we can make arrangements for your next visit.
Concerns reported after 3 days may be subject to a service fee.
We’re committed to your satisfaction and are always happy to assist.
Refund Policy
All services and product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to work with you on a solution if something isn’t right.
Payment and Pricing
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and gift certificates.
Gratuity is not included and is appreciated in cash or via card.
Prices are available in-salon and online and are subject to change based on nail length, shape, or design complexity.
Gift Certificates
Must be presented at checkout to be redeemed.
Not redeemable for cash or toward other gift certificate purchases.
Non-refundable and expire 1 year from purchase date.
Not valid with other promotions and void if altered, transferred, or resold.

Children and Guests
Children are welcome when receiving services. For safety, those not receiving services must be supervised at all times.
